Emrah Hançer is the Chief Technical Officer and Head of Research and Development at Miranda Water Technologies, bringing over 20 years of experience in water treatment engineering. He is the original designer of the R/OCell^® reverse osmosis system and the lead innovator behind the development and ongoing enhancement of the Miracell^® Rotating Biological Contactor (RBC). Kelly White is the Chief Financial Officer of Rainmaker Worldwide Inc. and Miranda Water Technologies, bringing over 25 years of experience in finance, administration, and human resources. Since 2015, she has led finance and strategy, implementing internal controls, financial systems, and supporting international operations across Canada, the United States, Turkey, and the Caribbean. Kelly has developed cash flow models, overseen cross-border payments, and managed logistics for global activities. Previously, she was a partner at Larchwood Management Partners, advising clients in the telecom, utilities, and water sectors. She has also supported business startups nationwide. Kelly holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Economics from Trent University.
