Michael also chaired CAWT (Centre of Advancement of Water and Wastewater Technologies ), which has the mission of advancing global water research and commercialization. Michael specializes in strategic growth, market development, and operational execution, positioning Miranda as a global leader in scalable, practical water solutions for underserved communities and commercial applications.

Ryan Moore brings over 25 years of experience in corporate sales, channel development, and relationship management, with a background rooted in the automotive sector. Emrah Hançer is the Chief Technical Officer and Head of Research and Development at Miranda Water Technologies, bringing over 20 years of experience in water treatment engineering. He is the original designer of the R/OCell^® reverse osmosis system and the lead innovator behind the development and ongoing enhancement of the Miracell^® Rotating Biological Contactor (RBC). Emrah oversees engineering, research and client care operations, ensuring that every solution reflects both technical excellence and customer responsiveness. Jamie Mason is the Vice President of Solution Engineering at Miranda Water Technologies, bringing over 15 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment. He leads the design and delivery of systems tailored to the specific needs of communities, resorts, and industries. Jamie previously founded Ontario Water Wastewater Consulting, where he earned recognition for delivering cost-effective and compliant solutions across Canada. His expertise includes feasibility studies, system design, and commissioning. As the owner of Johnstons Greenhouse & Landscaping and Horlings Garden Centre Ltd., Sam has built strong relationships with builders, developers, and property managers throughout the region. Now, in her role as Senior Account Manager at Miranda Water Technologies, she leverages her extensive industry knowledge to deliver innovative water and wastewater solutions tailored specifically to the needs of residential and commercial development projects. Sam’s comprehensive experience ensures she consistently provides exceptional value and strategic guidance to Miranda’s growing clientele.

Kelly White is the Chief Financial Officer of Rainmaker Worldwide Inc. and Miranda Water Technologies, bringing over 25 years of experience in finance, administration, and human resources. Since 2015, she has led finance and strategy, implementing internal controls, financial systems, and supporting international operations across Canada, the United States, Turkey, and the Caribbean. Kelly has developed cash flow models, overseen cross-border payments, and managed logistics for global activities. Previously, she was a partner at Larchwood Management Partners, advising clients in the telecom, utilities, and water sectors. She has also supported business startups nationwide. Kelly holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Economics from Trent University.
