Michael Skinner brings over two decades of leadership and expertise in water technology, innovation, and business development. He has a proven record of scaling companies in the clean technology sector, with a focus on sustainable and decentralized water solutions. As former CEO of Rainmaker Worldwide Inc., Michael advanced innovative water treatment systems, including atmospheric water generation (AWG) and wastewater technologies, to address critical global water scarcity challenges.

He also served as CEO of the Innovation Cluster in Peterborough, a high-impact business incubator that supported more than 400 startups across sectors including agtech, cleantech, and health innovation. Under his leadership, the Cluster generated over $50 million in regional economic impact and helped establish Peterborough as a hub for sustainable innovation. In addition, Michael served as Chair of the Centre for Alternative Wastewater Treatment (CAWT), a globally recognized research facility accelerating applied research and commercialization through academic–industry collaboration.

With deep experience in strategic planning, operational efficiency, investment attraction, and international market development, Michael is well positioned to lead Miranda Water Technologies into its next phase of growth. Ryan later transitioned into government relations, where he became known for connecting stakeholders and facilitating strategic partnerships. He also has experience in agriculture, managing livestock marketing and international distribution. At Miranda Water Technologies, Ryan plays a key role in shaping financial strategy and supporting growth through his business acumen, negotiation expertise, and operational insight.

Emrah Hançer is the Chief Technical Officer and Head of Research and Development at Miranda Water Technologies, bringing over 20 years of experience in water treatment engineering. He is the original designer of the R/OCell® reverse osmosis system and the lead innovator behind the development and ongoing enhancement of the Miracell® Rotating Biological Contactor (RBC).
