Miranda Industrial Design Award
Miranda was awarded with best design award in its category in the prestigious Design Turkey 2010 competition. Design Turkey 2010 is sponsored by ICSID (International Council of Societies of Industrial Design).
We were selected by a multi-national jury among a large number of products from large equipment companies which allocate huge budgets to
developing unique and useful designs. The award we have won is probably the first in Wastewater Treatment Sector in the region.
It consumes 1/5 of the energy and occupies 1/3 of the space in comparison to its typical competitors. It operates with solar energy since it consumes less energy consumed by 3 light bulbs.
Bulent Hatay, Miranda’s CEO received the award.
The award received confirms one more time that Miranda’s uniquely developed innovative product, Miracell Waste Water Treatment Plant is the best in category.

Due to product’s materials of fabrication, it is the first in water treatment sector in aesthetic appeal. It is also the first due to environmentally blending appearance. System can easily be washed and not effected in color, pattern and material integrity after long durations of use.
Due to its aesthetically appealing closed box look, it can easily be used and displayed in every project. It does not introduce any visual pollution, as opposed to its peers in the industry.
It’s adaptation to its surroundings by color and design patterns should be kept in consideration. Rather than a wastewater treatment plant by design, product’s adaptation by appearance to become part of the environment by its attractive and aesthetic features is an important factor compared to other products in the market. It consumes 1/5 of the energy and occupies 1/3 of the space in comparison to its typical competitors. It operates with solar energy since it consumes less energy consumed by 3 light bulbs.
